Official Rules (internal & public T\&C)
1) Eligibility
Open to verified IPP Solutions equipment owners/operators, their employees, and authorized subcontractors worldwide (void where prohibited).
Must be 18+ and have permission from the jobsite owner/client to film.
2) Submission Requirements
Video length: ≥ 2 minutes; raw or lightly trimmed; no heavy edits, added graphics, voiceovers, or music required.
Content: Show the PipeCaster Pro system in use; include PPE and safe operation; where possible, show before/after.
Quality: Horizontal 1080p+ preferred; steady camera; intelligible visuals.
Metadata (in description or filename): Company name, city/state/country, date, pipe diameter/material, length, elbows (if any), resin used, application thickness/passes, ambient conditions.
Confidentiality: Do not show confidential client info, faces without consent, license plates, or proprietary site materials.
3) How to Submit
Primary: Upload via the IPP Solutions Video Portal (URL TBC)
Fallback: Email a download link of the original file to info@ippsolutions.com (no social‑media compressed downloads). [Sweepstake Contest | Outlook]
You must check the UGC Release box (or attach a signed PDF) for each submission.
4) Approval Criteria
A video is “approved” if it:
Meets length, content, and quality requirements
Demonstrates proper safety and correct system use
Is unique (no duplicates, re‑uploads, or minor edits of the same clip)
Accurately labeled with required metadata
Complies with law and these rules
IPP Solutions may reject any submission for safety, legal, quality, or brand reasons.
5) Rewards
Milestone Award (20 approvals): One set of PipeCaster Rigid resin (~$1,700 value).
Limit one milestone award per company during the 2026 program.

Tie‑breakers:
Earliest date reaching the final approved count
Greater number of distinct jobsites (city or facility)
Higher total approved minutes across all videos
Verification: IPP Solutions will validate authenticity and uniqueness. Fraud or manipulation disqualifies entries.
6) Timing
Program runs Jan 15 – Dec 31, 2026.
Milestone awards shipped within 30 days of milestone approval.
Grand award winner announced by January 31, 2027.
7) Taxes, Shipping, and Substitutions
Winners are responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees.
Shipping timelines vary; IPP may offer reasonable substitutions of equal or greater value if required.
Program is void where prohibited and subject to change; notice will be posted on the portal.
8) Safety & Legal Compliance
Follow all OSHA/local safety rules; show appropriate PPE.
Obtain written filming permission from clients/sites.
Do not submit content depicting unsafe practices, IP infringement, or illegal activities.
9) Code of Conduct
No offensive, discriminatory, or adult content.
Respect privacy; obtain releases for any identifiable individuals.

UGC (User‑Generated Content) Release — Consent Language
By submitting content (the “Submission”) to IPP Solutions, LLC (“IPP”), you represent and warrant that: (a) you are authorized to film at the jobsite and to grant IPP rights in the Submission; (b) the Submission is your original work and does not infringe the rights of any third party; (c) all identifiable persons in the Submission have granted you permission for filming and distribution.
You hereby grant IPP a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sub‑licensable, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, modify, adapt, and create derivative works from the Submission, in any media now known or later developed, for marketing, training, product development, public relations, and other business purposes.
You agree that IPP may edit the Submission for length/clarity; that IPP has no obligation to use it; and that you will not receive compensation other than the rewards described in the Official Rules. You waive any moral rights to the extent permitted by law and release IPP from claims arising out of IPP’s permitted use of the Submission.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IPP against claims arising from your breach of these representations or from your Submission. This Release is governed by the laws of California, excluding conflict rules.
