SIPP PROCESS
1. Inspect the Pipe

2. Pipe Cleaning / Preparation
Descale and clean out pipe with a high rotary descaler and chain knocker. Flush pipe clean of all debris with a hydro-jetter
3. Machine setup
Mix the 2-component resin and prepare the machine.
4. Set up spray head with skid
PipeCaster Pro sprayhead is fitted with the correct size skid and inserted into the pipe to the desired location.
5. Spraying
Pull sprayhead back in an constant rate, spraying the polyurea resin mixture onto the interior of the pipe. The pulling device ensures continuous & steady operation and the result is a seamless, flexible and strong pipe within a pipe that will last many years to come.
